So far the best part has been Lucifer showing up. Wasn’t expecting that.

I don't watch any of these shows anymore. I have tuned in for the crossovers because they are the best part of any of the shows. This year has been the worst. Lucifer cameo was great. Like you, I was surprised.

Having to wait until January 14 for the final two episodes is stupid. I'll probably forget.

Disagree, Crisis On Infinite Earths has been everything it was billed as, this mega blockbuster life altering event and I think it lives up to the hype and is pretty damn accurate to the source material.

1/7: The CW has renewed virtually every show in its current lineup. All American, Batwoman, Black Lightning, Charmed, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Dynasty, The Flash, In the Dark, Legacies, Nancy Drew, Riverdale, Roswell New Mexico, and Supergirl will all return in 2020-21. (The yet-to-premiere Katy Keene was not among the renewals, but the network ordered 13 additional scripts, which is a positive sign.)

I didn't think the crossover was that good... One of my biggest gripes, was that black lightning was not a paragon... Forget what you think about the show.... But how can they have at least one paragon from every show, except for Black lighting... how can you defend that to your board?? So black lightning is so not important to the DC universe that we will just throw him in in a nonsense scene... But not make him important at all to the survival of man...

Also interesting that Black Lightning, who has never met Oliver, was at Oliver’s “funeral”, but Speedy wasn’t? Or any of his teammates, especially Diggle, who Oliver looked at as a brother?

OK, maybe the “funeral” was more of an honorarium at the start of the birth of the Super Friends. But what dictated inclusion in the Super Friends? Why no Elasticman or Phase? They are both more deserving, imho, than Batgirl or Sarah.

And who was included in the initial lineup of the Super Friends?

You're right, I just went back and looked at the round table since I still have the episode saved on my computer, my guess is then that the only reason why MM is there is because he's a main character on Supergirl. Moreso than Elasticman and Phase are.

here is another question that made no sense to me...

If Superman was not a paragon(at least not the superman from the main group), then why was he surprised to have 2 children?? and what will the meaning of that be??

also, was this crossover the season finales for Flash and Aarow?? both story lines kind of end don't they??

I also wonder of they will go any deeper with Oliver being the next spectre… Kind of weird that he took on Hal Jordan's role... I mean, I guess he was Batman for most of the Aarow series, might as well be someone else... and green aarow taking the role of the main green lantern might make sense, since they were best friends in many of the comics...
