Well @TREFF - we were just a small piece from getting a deal done in your fire-sale. The last I didn't even see until it was too late. ... oh well, now it's wait for a couple of months until the fun begins again. ...:suds:
Yeah, I sat down pouring over rosters, trying to find fits..and none where anywhere near as perfect of a fit as Harold's roster..I mean one active QB and one active TE..who isnt exactly a scoring machine? Come on Harold, that one was in the bag! :suds:
But finally I just said screw it. I'm gonna make, more or less, the exact same offer to all six of ya, cuz I'm tired of scheming, if it works it works, if not, I'm over it. I honestly expected six declines (got 3).

And maybe now, I'll have a nice piece to ransom to @Yellow Fuzzies sometime down the road ;)

A couple stabs? I made multiple stabs, virtually every week for four weeks, lol

yours were all DHenry related, the one RB I had zero interest in moving!

Well yea, that's why I wanted him :), and had I gotten him, I would've gotten two more wins..everything would've changed

You would've had to put one of your "not trading" guys in the mix for DH, michel wasn't tempting at all

Sure was. That was a depressing game last night for me. Probably a good thing it was the Sunday Night game, didn't ruin the entire day for me at least.

The good news also is that Dad not starting Brees is going to give you the better matchup because you'll get to play Fout since he's the #6 seed.

Whoa. Didn’t realize that. Feel bad for your dad. FF can be so insane at times.

Damn sure wish I had a bye this week - - most of my team sure thought they were on one. ...... oh well. Not starting Brees was the final straw but had the the non-Zeke, Edelman and Gurley's done their job it still would have been a win. .... As it was, even if Brees 'just' had a good game (300yd 3td) it would have become Moore and Adams that cost me - - it just wasn't meant to be. ....
BTW Harold - I have Wilson in another league and luckily was on a bye there - - sure hope for better things outta him in wk 15 & 16. ...

Having a bye week saved my bacon in a few leagues. I tend to own certain players across multiple leagues and this was not their week.

Yes it does, but at least you didn't lose to last place team or the 2nd to last place team like Treff and I did in week 13 to keep you out of the playoffs :)

With the way things went this week wish I had played Clemson this week.

Well, you'll get your wish - just a week later. ..... :suds:. Congrats to you both - turns out the 2 best teams all year will square off for the top prize. .... as it should be. ...

Well Harold you get a chance to make it two straight years that the last place team from the year before won the whole damn thing a year later. And Clemson finished third from the bottom last year. What's crazy about it though is that neither of you even had your first rounders so it's not like you both got a lot of help from the draft this year. I guess your team's just needed a year off to get better. LOL.

Last year Bell took the year off and Chubb took a while to become the work horse. So I traded Bell for some players that wanted to play. Thomas really came through for me this season. Sure glad I held onto him.
