It's all an Urban Meyer plot.

Things I learnt there:

Kevin Wilson (OSU OC) is a drunk (according to them, perfect fit for OSU).
Urban is trying to help Ryan Day get rid of Tony Alford (OSU RB Coach) because he can't recruit.
Urban pushed Addazio because Ryan Day didn't want to lose Tony Alford.
