Burns was statistically better last year in basically every category than the year he won.
As opposed to the 96 first place votes he got in 2017, he only got 2 last year.
The Norris is a dumb trophy and nobody has any idea wtf it’s supposed to be awarded for.

DeBoer is a guy I would gladly take. He seems to have a definite shelf life on teams that keep getting older and less talented over the years, but still.
