Villar would have been nice but also a luxury. Bullpen and centerfield are the absolute musts this offseason.

I think Gsellman probably gets back in the rotation so we'll need at least 2 arms in the pen, hope for a bounceback season from Diaz.

Wheeler to the Phillies. We more or less knew he was gone, sucks he stayed in the division.

Rick Porcello seems to be a popular name being floated around, I'd be good with it, keeps Lugo and Gsellman in the bullpen.

At that point I think you move Dom Smith for a reliever and if you have any money leftover you sign another (Any interest in Betances?)

Bottom line is Diaz and Familia need to bounce back.

Colin McHugh also makes sense as a mid relief/injury replacement starter.

I was against sending him down & trading him when we had him back in 2012.
He's turned into a decent reliever/spot starter with the Astros.

*The pitcher he was sent down to the minors for is now our pitching coach.
Jeremy Hefner.
He was signed about a week and a half ago.

Didi to the Phils is a really good move for them. Phillies and Braves with some really solid moves, Nats still have their pitching. Division is going to be tough, I don't think we can go in with the mindset that guys get healthy and bounce back.

Along with Dom Smith I think either Rosario or Gimenez need to be trade chips if we're making a significant move. Figure out which player is your guy and move the other.
