You could, but it would make you sound a bit stupid because neither the Lakers nor the Clippers are Super teams and outside of Boston, right now there aren't really any other teams out there that are looking like legit enough to be a super team. In fact there aren't any super teams right now - just really good ones. Sorry about that, but on the good side, both Klay and Curry should be ready to play and they will be pretty good even though they won't be the same as before their injuries - at first. I doubt even the first round pick would make a difference right at first, but D'angelo Russell should bring back that complementary third starter your team will really need.

whatever super-team fan!

Yeah but this is still rough. To go from being title favorites to winning maybe 25 games at most the following season is really bad
Not nearly as bad as winning 40, just missing the playoffs, and having worse draft position and putting more miles on the stars. This kind of year is exactly what they needed for the long haul.

Amateurs. Cavs have done this two times in less than 10 years. No one is feeling sorry for those whiners like Draymond

Honest to God, this is by far the least stressful season I've watched in a while.

See some new kids play (Paschall looks like a legit player), zero worries about playoff seeding, etc This only works because they just had their epic run. If this was year four or whatever of a rebuild then yeah it'd be rough.

I'm totally chill and enjoying watching the other teams and seeing who will emerge. No obvious finals teams unlike the last five years.

And even when they have some draft luck they draft 3 point guards in the same draft, but pass on Curry

I'd take it too be honest. Give me that 5 year run with a following year where you are bottom of the barrel due to injuries. Sign. Me. Up.

They act like they are just taking a year off is the best part lol

Durant is gone, they are done...Curry, green thompson were never that good...They won 1 chip against a team with major injuries. If Durant never showed up they would have that 1 ring and that's it. Now he is gone...

Who knew having all your good players hurt and starting G-leaguers would result in your team not being good? :noidea:

And our G-League team is getting destroyed, too, because our best G-Leaguers have to go the Warriors to fill in for injured players.

Not that tough for me. No expectations. No stress. Just enjoying seeing the young players compete for their future in the NBA. Curry and Klay getting much needed rest. Only things I don't like right now are:

1. Draymond still can't shoot, and probably will never shoot well again.
2. Still kinda annoyed that Draymond is an idiot who can't control his emotions.
3. I would like clarity on what the Warriors will do with Russell, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. He's young, has potential, and I'd like the Warriors to keep him, but if they trade him, then I hope the Warriors get a big haul.
4. I still don't know who I will root for to win it all this year.

For one year it is cool but if 2 years from now they're struggling and by struggling, I mean mediocre team then it won't be cool anymore

Yep, I thought it was cool not having lebron and watching my team play all the young guys...Its not very "cool" now 2 years later...Although a good solution is just not watching the games i guess...

You’ll probably get the first pick. The lottery is rigged and the nba has a vested interest in building up this iteration of the dubs.

The lottery is fucked now. I’d laugh my ass off if GS got the 8th pick.

Phoenix had the worst record last season and got the 6th pick.

What is the point for the NBA lottery? Just a cash grab to televise? Why not do it like all other sports?
