Scott Laughton cleared by the docs. Sounds like he's back on Saturday.

That's very good news IMO.

We often look like a disorganized mess defensively as of late, so adding another two-way center couldn't hurt in that area.

That list is obviously depressing to date, but also the verdict isn't out yet on some of these guys.

I would love to know when Nolan Patrick will return at 100% health. If not, when is this "migraine disorder" something he will have to just play through!? He felt better and practiced some in October. Now, we've heard nothing for about a month. Wtf is going on here!? When are we going to either let him play or admit this is concussion-related? The kid is still only 21 years old, but this is getting extremely frustrating for the fans. Week to week feels a lot more like month to month or year to year.

Yes that's right, it's been me who has been saying for a long time that Frost was ready. He has great vision.

Big night for G and Frost tonight. I admit I was nervous when we blew the lead again. Strong finish and got 2 in regulation finally.

What do you suppose goes through JVR's mind when he's on the ice and all he can do is watch the other 9 skaters blow by him in both directions, or should I say hears the 'whoosh'.

I would assume he is just thinking of bank account in those instances...

Woo!! That game was fun! I'll admit, I was calling for AV to pull Elliot after he allowed the 2nd goal on the 2nd Canes shot. He battled back though, and the team rallied for him.

HUGE game from the Giroux-Frost-Konecny line. They were extremely fun to watch.

No JvR jersey for me. Giroux is my only jersey, I've had it since maybe '08 or '09? He came through big last night for me!

Those Frost and Konecny passes for Giroux's goals were both fantastic.

Hard to fault the Flyers (or the Devils really) for those selections either. They were the consensus top 2 for almost their entire draft seasons. Most pundits even said there was a pretty significant drop off after them. And Patrick was nearly consensus #1 for the entire year prior as well.

Hopefully they can get the migraine stuff sorted out and he can get back to playing.

Unfortunately I think we are not going to get much more out of Patrick. If he comes back I think he worries too much and his career suffers
