While the Rams are getting more traction in the LA market than the Chargers, the stadium is costing them butt loads of money. The Raiders situation seems to be more quiet and seamless.

Honestly, I'm guessing that the Chargers will move again within the next 10 years...maybe less

To me, it's one thing the Raiders handled way better than the other two. That's saying something...I guess

Raiders, IMO. They are now moving to a state where there will be no rival teams, a city with no prior NFL team and getting a new stadium. Of course, we are talking about the Raiders, so I have no doubt that they will still manage to FUBAR it.

Just read that it's at $6 billion and growing....that is fucking ridiculous for a stadium. A lot of that is California, but wow...

Raiders. They don't have to deal with this mess in LA and it sounds like the move to Vegas is going without major issue, especially since they'll actually have fans there.

The Raiders. Upgraded stadium, less regional competition.

The Rams are drowning in stadium costs and fan support is heavily determined by how well they do on the field.

The Chargers? No one gives a fuck about the Chargers.

Rams are moving into a palace next season, the best stadium in football. It will be the premiere go to spot for the West Coast. It also nice to see the Rams owner Kroenke footing the bill. It's seems just a matter of time before the Chargers go elsewhere. Kroenke will be making a lot more money than bowlcut Davis.

The Rams—who will control the stadium’s operations and whose owner, Stan Kroenke, is financing the bulk of the stadium—have had no such trouble selling PSLs, from which they could rake in north of $500 million.

The Rams’ control of the new stadium’s economics, as well as the ability to generate more money from the stadium, were big reasons Forbes recently pegged the value of the Rams at $3.8 billion, versus $2.5 billion for the Chargers.

My vote goes to the Rams. Time will tell how things work out for the Raiders, but my initial impression is being in Vegas will kill their home field advantage because road fans will travel there for games much more than they would in Oakland. The Chargers clearly lost.

To help finance SoFi Stadium, the Chargers, who will be co-tenants with the Los Angeles Rams, are expected to kick in $400 million from the sale of personal seat licenses. PSLs give their owners the right to buy season tickets. But the Chargers are reportedly currently $300 million short of that projection.

Where will the team find the money to cover the shortfall and pay for its share of the stadium? A source familiar with the agreement between the Chargers and the Rams says there is a predetermined formula that will be used to calculate how much of the shortfall in PSL revenue will be made up by each team. Based on the formula, the Chargers will make up their end of the difference from their share of stadium revenue.

Too bad for them bowlcut Davis will still own the team.
Yeah, but the Raiders aren't going to be last in revenue much longer.
Perhaps he'll go all out Vegas and get a Siegfried and Roy do

This is the one part I've always thought the Raiders will lose. I think they will gain financially but lose the home field advantage. They currently have a great home field advantage in Oakland. In addition to road fans traveling there I think the casinos will scoop up a good chunk of Raider tickets and pass them out to their guests as a perk. I expect many of those seats will be filled with people going to enjoy a game but not necessarily rooting for any one team.

I haven't followed the Rams situation but the Chargers are the clear losers. I never quite understood why they thought relocationg to LA was a good idea.
