Loved hearing the 'Let's Go Mountaineers' chant at the end of the game. Reluctantly, the ESPN broadcast crew finally made mention of it.

I thought about going to it too. I live closer to Cleveland than I do Morgantown. But, lake effect snow is a real thing... and, my wife has an appointment at Cleveland Clinic on Dec. 6th. Two trips through the snow belt might be a risk not worth taking.

She’s doing fine. Thank God an aortic aneurysm and leaking aortic valve were found a few years ago. At some point she’ll have open heart surgery, but she’s being monitored for now. This is her annual follow up. It’s a tense time, and hopefully it won’t be time for her surgery.

I ain’t looking forward to that time...
