Great movie.
I liked it.
My son liked it.
My wife liked it.
Even my 12 year old daughter liked it.

What does this mean?

If it was truly an epic movie that it could have been, my daughter would have not liked it, my wife would have been ok with it I would have been blown away and my son would have stolen my car last night.

Bottom line, go see it. It is worth it.

Ronin style filming from inside and outside the cars, for real racing scenes would have landed it in Wizard of Oz, Gone With The Wind territory.

Very well-made movie.

Don't think that it is going to win Best Picture, but it is certainly a high-octane, well-acted ride of a movie. Very few lulls, considering the film's length.

Movie was good. Don’t really have any strong feelings but it didn’t feel like a waste of time.

Great flick.

Not sure how accurate the background story was but if true, the FORD execs were really a bunch of assholes.

Great flick.

Not sure how accurate the background story was but if true, the FORD execs were really a bunch of assholes.

Couple of inaccuracies...
1) Enzo had approached Ford about a merger years prior, it was not Iaccoca's idea.
2) Enzo was told he would not be able to race at Indianapolis because Ford was already entered, not Le Mans if Ford said no.
3) The Deuce had been wanting to win in road racing and at Le Mans for years, he did not have to be coaxed into it by his inferiors.
4) Ferrari did not use Ford to get Fiat to up their bid. Fiat did by a small stake later, then the company MUCH later, but it was unrelated.
5) The GT40 was not a 90 day program. It was in development for many years.
6) Ken Miles did drive in the '65 Le Mans.
7) The GT40 would top 240 on the Mulsanne Straight. I think the record is over 250 before they added the chicanes.
8) Of course Ford Exec's were assholes, but Leo Beebe was very involved from the get go and was not anti Ken Miles. Very little is documented about Miles and the Screenplay needed an antagonist.

OK, more than a couple.
And many more.

I enjoyed the film. Well done. Kinda standard fare biopic, to be honest.
