And in an unrelated matter, the City of Scottsdale announced plans for a state of the art dog walking park. The park will feature professional handlers to escort the pets through the grounds with misters every 20 feet to ensure proper body temperature, along with a climate controlled open air Starbucks.
When asked how the financially challenged city was going to pay for the project, the Mayor referred to "new revenue streams"
