Doug calls the plays but there is more to being an OC than that. The current OC brings nothing to the table as far as game plan, preparation, in-game adjustments, QB development, challenging Doug on ideas and concepts. Frank Reich, who is killing it in Indy, brought all of that to the table. The Eagles have not been able to adequately replace him.
