I don't really know much about Patricia's coaching style before this season. I am just watching the horrific results. It's not a completely lost season. Just on OK team that might scratch and claw it's way to a .500 record.

Not really. This team isn't built to pass rush. Flowers is the best player and he isn't a sack artist. Just a guy who get's a lot of pressure. The rest of the high profile DL are just run stuffers.

Terrible defensive effort. CAnt play a soft man to man when DBs are hurt. PP adds nothing to the defense. Davis is a waste of space out there. He is just too stupid. The defense was better when he was out. No wrinkles whatsoever either. Too predictable.

On the bright side, the offense put up 30 (the most the Vikings hav given up) on a good defense. We definitely have a keeper in our new OC. One other thing I noticed is that Partricia is getting pissed. Its about time. He needs to stop trying to be BB and just be himself.

Finally, more shoddy officiating. Not as bad as the last 2 weeks but still not good. Lions need to forget about winning and just start hurting people. Then maybe the NFL will wake up and do something about it.

Their first bad game. I love what they're doing on offense tho, Kerryon needs to pick it up.
Can't give Cousins, or any decent NFL QB, that much time. Problems at the edges against the run too. They need to try something else or expect shootouts from here out.

It's pretty safe to say that Belicheck is the genius behind the NE defenses. They are #1 overall (albeit playing cupcakes all year) without Fat Pat.

I will give fat Pat a little credit. There have been flashes of the Lions resembling a very good football team but they need to put it altogether pretty quickly.

There really isn't a reason why the Lions shouldn't be able to compete for a playoff spot.

K. Johnson is pretty good or at least shown he can rush for 100 yards in a game
Numerous draft picks and money spent on the O-line.
Golladay and Jones are both good. Not to mention a top fucking 10 TE who gets like 3-4 targets a game (sigh).
Defense has been shaped in the eyes of the coach who has now had 2 full off-seasons to get his guys.
Quinn is on his what? 4th year (still yet to select a pro bowler).

Beating the Eagles and Chargers sure made it easy to think that way, but there's nothing to write home about for either team. The NFL scripting has the Packers on top, so we get overpaid actors this year.

Late in the game with a one score lead Minny had 7 across the o-line. Patricia bit and they hit Diggs on a long pass to seal the game.

It didn't even piss me off. All I could say was 'great call'.

Wrong. According to the story he is not even guaranteed to be out the rest of the year. It says he could return. Although if we are out by that time then there would be no reason to come back this year.

J. Best ( 2 seasons)

22 games 245 Attempts 945 Yards 6 TD's

K Johnson (2 seasons)

16 games 210 Attempts 949 Yards 5 TD's

Judging by the number Best played in more games, had more attempts, 4 less yards, and 1 more td.
Going by this, Kerryon's knee is weaker.
