I’d say Oregon coming off an emotional win against their rival on the road is on upset alert against a team and offense they’ve struggled with.

I’d say LSU has to show up big to put away Auburn, It’d be interesting to see how Bayous would react to some in game adversity.

I’d say Michigan State is primed to have a big win at home, eventually. And how good is Penn State?

I’d say Wisconsin is going to be playing with their hair on fire.

It’s not hard to imagine Michigan beating the Domers.

I don’t see Oklahoma losing. I think really highly of that team. No defense in the country is setting the world on fire throughout cfb. And Oky can score with anyone, so I think Oklahoma has a very real chance at an undefeated NT season.

Upset Saturday's typically begin with an early game (even a Thursday game) where coaches motivate their underdog teams in the locker rooms by saying "They did it, it's not impossible, you can too"

#16 SMU (7-0) plays @ Houston Thursday night. Houston is a 13.5 point dog.
Being G5's that's probably not enough to trigger it.

#13 Wisconsin @ #3 Ohio St and #5 Oklahoma @ Kansas St are 11 am (CT) Saturday games. Either of those could start it.

You can be sure every underdog coach going into this weekend is reminding their players of S. Carolina over #3 Georgia (-24.5) and Illinois over #6 Wisconsin (-31).

#3 Ohio St (7-0) vs #13 Wisconsin (6-1): (Ohio St -13.5)
#4 Clemson (7-0) vs Boston College (4-3): (Clemson -36.5)
#5 Oklahoma (7-0) @ Kansas St (4-2): (Oklahoma -19.5)

#8 Notre Dame (5-1) @ #19 Michigan (5-2) (Michigan -4)
#9 Auburn (6-1) (see #2)
#10 Georgia - Idle
#11 Oregon (6-1) vs Washington St (4-3): (Oregon -15.5)

I've got the majority (4 of 6) of #2 LSU, #3 Ohio St, #5 Oklahoma, #6 Penn St, #8 Notre Dame, and #11 Oregon going down.

I like Penn State to WIN and COVER.

I like Notre Dame to beat Michigan. I will take the 4 points and Notre Dame.

No bets from me...............

Auburn could not beat Florida, Auburn won't beat Joe Burrows and LSU.

I like the favorites Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson, Oklahoma, and Oregon, to win.

The only team I would put on upset alert is Notre Dane and I really don’t have a good reason for that.

I grew up a Notre Dame, and they're constantly overrated, so I can understand why you put them on upset alert without a reason.

They're favorites for a reason.

Georgia was a 24.5 point favorite over South Carolina "for a reason".
Wisconsin was a 31 point favorite over Illinois "for a reason".
Washington was a 13.5 point favorite over Cal "for a reason".

How many of the other ranked teams won when they were favorites? 80%? 90%?

How many ranked favorites lose on any given Upset Saturday every year?

How old are you? Have you never seen an Upset Saturday?

I'm not saying it's an absolute this coming Saturday. However, there is one every year and it typically falls in October. It throws all the polls and people's opinions of who are the BCS favorites (now CFP favorites) into turmoil.

You seriously don't know what an Upset Saturday is?

Speaking of upsets, OP have Nebraska upsetting Indiana given Nebraska is underdogs in that game?

Save Frost!

I see you've been lurking the Nebraska forum again. :L

Yes. I think Nebraska upsets Indiana. However, I never bet for Nebraska.

Frost has nothing to worry about. He'll get plenty of time to implement whatever his vision is for the Huskers, good or bad. He'll get at least the same amount of time Bo Pelini did. IMO

As you know Mike Riley left Nebraska in shambles. After beating Oregon no less.
