Would you not agree the three most difficult sports to be great at all involve a stick?

Baseball
Hockey
Golf

All are skill sports. My two boys, one is an MMA fighter and the other a college baseball player, reason we went that way is that you can work really hard and if your skill is high, you can be an average size guy and still be great. Football and basketball, you have to be given something from God, height, speed, etc to have a realistic chance to be great. So I would say it depends on the context. If you were a 5'9'' 150 pound guy like Jose Altuve, playing a sport like baseball which requires great skill still affords him a better shot than trying to make it in the NFL or NBA where everyone is huge and athletic

I'd say hockey because it requires a ton of skill, have to either be fast or strong (or both), have to be tough, you play on an alternate surface to boot. Anyone can pick up a basketball and shoot around, anyone can kick a soccer ball towards net etc. But with hockey it's like you either play, or you don't

I feel like golf is the most difficult but imo it is totally different than the other two bc while it requires less skill than baseball or hockey. All sports require mental toughness but I feel golf requires a lot and a lot of patience. There is so much that could go wrong with a golf swing, I feel like this sport needs the most practice and repetition. Skill wise I would go with baseball, all these require great hand eye coordination but watching these players see a fastball 90-100 mph and then adjusting to a slow curve just seems amazing to me.

Ok, first thing, you onky mentioned one sport. Baseball is a game, and golf is a hobby. When are you guys going to learn?

I think Tennis is incredibly difficult at the highest levels. If you think about what they really need to do during a match it requires an incredible amount of skill.

I'm good at darts.
It requires good hand eye coordination and an ability to play the game when drinking heavily on an empty stomach.

Seriously though, I think I would go with being an NFL QB. Seems there are less than 30 good ones in the world.
