It's the beginning of the season, lots of time for a defense to gel and begin to play better. Plus you're Bama, one loss doesnt matter. I’m not panicking because I have no control over any of it. But what I saw Saturday looks a lot more like 9-3 than 11-1. Another reason I have no “panic” is I can remember when 9-3 was considered a good season.

In any event, I don’t care about star ratings when I see our center getting shoved on his back or backs going through the front 7 like hot butter. Really isn’t any consolation that the people responsible for that crap were deemed great HS players.
