I think this is the eighth playoff tiebreaker.

Maybe it is just me and crowds... but the Washington "tailgate" looks horrible.
We used to have a blast. We'd tie our boats off together (family & friends) and it was pretty much the same food for every game .. at least for our family. Bratwurst, kraut and chopped onions w/brown mustard over a sourdough bun along with smoked salmon and plenty of beer.

Interesting, given the success of Alabama on the field you'd think they'd be higher on this list.

The best tailgates I've ever been to are LSU's. Whether Baton Rouge or in Omaha.

Gumbo, Jambalaya, Etouffee, crawfish boil, shrimp boil, crab boil, and lots of booze.

When LSU is in the College World Series, LSU fans show up in droves in their RV's. They set up a camp nearby the stadium and call it Dingerville, where the pots and kettles are going sun up to sun down. Fun and generous people and a great place to go see old friends, make new friends, and party. By the time you get from one end to the other you're full, drunk, and ready to watch some baseball. There are a regular group that show up even when LSU's not in the CWS. They love the game so much they've had CWS season tickets for decades so I've watched a lot of their families grow up, and of course some pass, but their kids carry on the tradition.

Never had nor been on a boat. I have been on ferries and shit when I traveled to the U.S. Virgin Islands, but not any small-like fishing boats. Want one, but I have no money and boats are crazy expensive. Never was a bratwurst guy. More of a burger guy.

I don't doubt that.

I've never travelled to Husky Stadium by any other means than boat but I've been on some miserable fvcking trips there and back. My grandpa had a 27' Tollycraft and my dad has an older Bayliner Trophy ... uncle had a decent sized Chriscraft, etc ... those were the good trips because you had a shitter and you could get out of the weather. It was the trips there in a john boat during the winter with my cousin that shit got hairy a few times. Whitecaps with water breaking over the freeboard, rain pouring down like a motherfvcker and it was on those trips that I sobered up quick like and started praying we made it back to the boat launch while I was bailing water.

I guess I should go to the tailgate area in Athens. I always go bar hopping before the game when I go to a UGA game.

How is Auburn #1 on this list...even for 2019. Outside November when they play Georgia and Alabama, what is so spectacular about a Jordan-Hare tailgate. They aren't even the best tailgate in the conference. LSU is a clear #1.

JMO but any list that don't have LSU @1 when it comes to tailgating is sketchy.

I've heard from a few posters that Auburn does BBQ better than Bama.
