Where'd you end up staying? What ended up being your favorite(s)? I think I've been to everything on your list... Only one I might have steered you away from is Jolly Pumpkin. But I'm not a big sour guy and I think the venue is blah. Favorite whiskey place is next door at Butcher's Union though

The Knickerbocker was pretty good too... Maybe my second favorite. That flight of dragon milks was awesome.
