The 2020 and 2021 recruiting cycles will be quite crucial for the program. The in-state guys for both of those classes are two of the best Washington has ever produced since people started closely following this stuff.

The wall around Washington needs to be built, and Oregon will pay for it.

The wife went to Kennedy and is looking into getting tickets for their game against Bethel to open the season this year. Hopefully we can make that happen. They are going to be an unstoppable force.

If that happens I'll probably be dead before any of these guys even enroll at UW.

Nah I want it all to slow down for the boys, this old man is starting to see these little guys of mine see the light at the end of the tunnel and I don't want them to go.....LOL

Hell I must be the only parent around that doesn't want his kids to get the hell out of the house!

Could be a generational thing but when I was in college most of my friends from the area would spend much of their time at home over the weekends and summer unless they were doing an internship or just preferred living in a shitty frat over the summer because they don't want to go home. My frat had our parties on Tuesdays and Thursdays because so many people went home on Friday. Many of my out-of-state friends would fly home for the summer. I lived in my frat every summer (rent was super cheap), but I probably spent more time at home during the summers because who wants to live in a shitty frat?

For what it's worth you won't have to worry about them really getting the hell out of the house until after graduation from my experience. Most of my friend's parents still had a room for them until after they started their careers.

I said it with the 2020 recruiting class and I'll say it again with the 2021 recruiting class, UW has to lock these guys up. 2021 has the most impressive recruiting class this century. There is an incredible amount of in-state talent that we're unlikely to see again in a long time. If UW takes advantage of that, we could have a top-5 recruiting class in the nation.
