Beef Jerky, Mac and Cheese and Lil' Smokies

Making a ton of Mac and Cheese. About 14lbs. of beef to make jerky. I have some bacon and lil' smokies and I'm going to wrap them with bacon and then sprinkle brown sugar on them.

Looks awesome, just put a slab of pork belly in the oven for sliders.....Chef John has some great recipes, video instructions, idiot proof....Once you get used to his kind of annoying voice, his stuff is pretty good.....
