Even if they win they get a misdemeanor conviction and look like fools in the process...

1) Their original pretext was chasing human trafficking and that has been proven to be baseless
2) Their traffic stops look baseless too
3) Their surveillance looks more like a peeping-tom adventure than an evidence gathering exercise

The invasion of privacy act is more egregious than the solicitation. Seriously, I know this isn't an easy question, who's the bigger creep?... The peeping-tom or the guy paying for a happy ending in a strip mall?

The whole set-up was to publicly embarrass and call attention to the problem.
They ended up embarrassing themselves along with it.
At least they tried to do something.....

....but what were they drawing attention to? Nonexistent sex trafficking or compensated happy endings? If their goal was to embarrass certain individuals, is that worthy of "trying to do"?

The "Sex Trafficing" was to get the warrant so they could embarassthe locals who were frequenting the Spa and having regular sexual escapades. They were under pressure from local women's clubs and organizations.

The problems started when they knew after 30 days that there was no illegal sex traffic. The bigger problem was that the prosecutor didn't approach the locals who were going or anyone else. They spent eight months watching hidden camera videos of all of the massages and sexual conduct.

Then they really screwed up. They decided to attempt to go after the most famous person to enter the spa during their investigation, Robert Kraft. They figured they'd get a little media coverage, Kraft would cut a deal and it would fade away in short time. If Kraft had folded like they thought he would, the cameras would still be there and the cops would be having beer night watching **** films.

Kraft has the means to burn Jumiper to the ground. His legal team has unearthed a ton of crap.

1. How did the cameras get placed in the spa? Did the police or the DA pay for sex so that they could place a camera to watch people in the private rooms?
2. The police officer who stopped Kraft's limo never asked the driver for his license or registration. He only asked if the person in the back seat was Robert Kraft.
3. When the DA first let the emdiaknow that Kraft had been in the spa, they indicated that he was part of an illegal sex trafficing operation. They later rescinded that remark and then admitted that there was no evidence of any illegal sex trafficing or underage foreign females being forced to commit illegal acts.
4. In order to get out of trouble, the DA offered Kraft a deal if he would admit that he would be found guilty in a jury trial. Kraft refused. The DA threatened to go to trial. Kraft said, "Get a trial date."
5. Judge says Kraft must appear at his arraignment. Fedreal appeals court says he doen't.
6. Kraft's lawyers are Professionals and the Juniper DA is not.

The Juniper DA has done so much backpedalling that it's going to be near impossible to step forward.

Just elaborate already. I can handle your opinion. Are you saying all sex crimes,, regardless of impact, should be eradicated by any means? In my opinion, they were committing multiple sex crimes to cach a sex crime in progress.

I find that no one has any common sense when it comes to their own agenda. They become so driven in their effort besuccessful that they will do anything to achieve it.

Sex...........Women use it to manipulate men to do what they want them to do or getsomethingthat they want. Women sell it to make a living. The problem for men is that when it comes to sex, they let the little head do the thinking instead of the big head. This has been the way of life for thousands of years.

Sex..........No one cares about it as long as it's not political. Once politics becomes involved then everyone is pure as the driven snow except for the person that everyone is out to get...ie: Kavanaugh.

What normal heterosexual male has not sexually asaulted at least one female in their lifetime? Ever take a girl out on a date kiss her and muckle hold of a breast? Did you ask her first? May I place my hand on the outside of your pants and caress your vagina? I love you, no shit. I'll buy you a Honda. According to our Congress people, doing so is sexual assault. How many girls have you tried to feel up and had your hand pushed away and she has said "no" and you kiss her again and grab her boob two minutes after she said 'no'? Fifteen minutes later her only request is, "Please don't cum in me."

Sex is a subject where there's a lot more resources telling you what's wrong and very little explaining what's right.

I had a girl tell me "a girl wants a bear in the bedroom"... but to the girl who doesn't want that approach I had been advised to commit an assault. To be the bear you take what you want and don't wait for consent. And we've all heard that expression before...

My favorite SNL parody of all time was with Tom Brady participating in a sexual harassment training video. Some guy would do something mildly creepy and it was pointed out as sexual harassment. Then Tom would do something veeeeerrry creepy and it wasn't sexual harassment simply because he was good looking making the action desirable to the woman.

I support most of the intent of the me too movement, but so many actresses have acquiesced to sexual advances to get a part, but what if all actresses said no? Maybe those who said yes got the job solely for the reason of saying yes? Maybe they didn't deserve the job and the pressure of saying no and losing the job was actually the correct answer?

I'm against force of any kind so please don't think me probing the topics is an attempt to blame the victims. The topic is way too complicated for me to think I know the answers. The sex topic is COMPLICATED at all levels.

I'm still blown away that people are referring to a hand job as "sex". It's a dick massage being performed in a massage parlor. What the fuck is wrong with all the prudes inhabiting this planet?

Strictly speaking it is, but there are degrees and a consensual paid for hj is pretty low somewhere below legally authorized out of scope peeping.

Everything today has become someone's weapon.

You see someone familiar and say, "Good morning, hiowre you today?"
The person with no axe to grind says, "Fine, thank you for asking."

On the other hand, "What fuck do you really care?" as they turn and walk away.

Nothing is sacred, nothing is safe. We all are living our lives with our antennas on full alert.

I couldn't care less about prostitution. I care about human trafficking. I've seen too much overseas.

Now before somebody says "this wasn't human trafficking" That's not what I'm saying. I don't want to defend bungling cope either. I am saying that if they did think there was human trafficking, they should have done something.

That is as much as I want to say. Lots of anonymous statements on here. I cannot be anonymous. Everything I say is available to those who give me my clearance.....

You hit the nail direct right here. Juniper Police had over 8 months of video and not once saw 'human trafficing'. Once they knew the warrant was useless, they expanded their pron videos and decided to try to see if they could justify the dollars spent and bury the fact that someone was keeping the videos as 'evidence'.

Stupidly, they decided to pick on an out of state guy, but one who was well known. They thought they had an easy mark and things could continue as they had been going. In this day and age, the last guys you really want to pick a fight with are guys with an unlimited access to money.

The Juniper DA apparently doesn't understand the complexities of law. Every one of his motions has been legally shot down by real judges and now there's a judge who has said that the vidoeos are illegal and cannot be used as evidence. That's the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Without the video, he has no evidence of wrongdoing and has to drop the charges. Kraft now has an open door to sue the living shit out of Juniper, FL. The DA doesn't have a leg to stand on. Worse, the judge said that the videos had better not have been copied because the court will want all of them.

Stay tuned.........
