I guess you have to look at what they did, Elvis didn't write his own music and wasn't a very good musically but back then he didn't need that, the ladies loved him and he was unlike anything white people had ever heard before. He was a giant influence on generations of musicians to come.

Didn't touch his emotion, range or control, lolzzz that's just nonsense. We get it you don't think much of Elvis but that's just dumb...

Either:

1) you haven’t heard much Elvis
2) you haven’t heard much Cornell
3) you’re retarded

No one with knowledge of the two, and a fully functional brain pan would consider Elvis a better vocalist.
