Well he's most likely gone, probably to Juve, if not, then one of the other Serie A teams. AC Milan and Roma both have openings.

I'm sure they'll offer it to him, but honestly, if I were a manager I wouldn't want to go there. Mourinho, Conte and Sarri have all said the manager basically has zero say in transfers etc, plus with the whole two window transfer ban thing.

It would be a big gamble appointing Lampard after just one year of experience at Derby. They really need some stability there. Maybe he is the guy to do that.

Given the way they are apparently ran now, and with the pending transfer ban, etc, he may be the best they can get.

Conte was officially announced as Inter's new manager.

Juve haven't announced anything yet, if they are going with Sarri, not sure why they are waiting. If not, there's speculation they will wait until after the UCL final and announce Pochettino as manager, which to me would be better than Sarri.

Also, AC Milan and Roma have open positions as well.

I think he may just be taking time off. Looking at a lot of the Juve sites and pages, doesn't look like he was "let go", he got a big send off from fans, players, owners etc. I think he just wants to take a break.
