If Zion is indeed in with New Orleans, it'd be safe to assume that Randle is out. For the second year in a row, he could go down as the league's most forgotten free agent.

Still a lot of talent in play here.

Yeah.

Hard to see him and Zion fitting well together.

Wherever he goes, probably won't be NO.

Brooklyn would be a great fit for him based on their style of play. It would utilize his full skillset.

There aren’t many guys with this much talent that play for a different team 3 years in a row.

To whoever offers him the most money. It's his first shot at a real (non-rookie) contract. He's looking to get paid

This will be a good year for Randle who had a great year. The timing is good and he will be an unrestricted free agent. Where he lands will depend on the parameters of what he wants, but 15 to 20 million a year easily

Dont why the Peicans wouldnt want Randle with Zion though. Randle can.play the center easily and Zion is still a rookie with some growing up to do

If Brooklyn doesn't get a big fish I think the best thing is to bring back D-Lo and build around him, Randle would be a great piece to fill that need.

Dallas and maybe even Indiana if they don't bring back some of their own FA's.

Actually he has a player option he has to decline first....then he becomes an unrestricted FA.

I will take him.

Trezl and Gallo only have 1 year left on their deals.

It was almost guaranteed to happen when he signed that 2 year deal with a player option at $9M per. I suppose he could come back to the Lakers, but who is there to smooth over any bad blood, Pelinka lol? He's duplication of Zion for the most part, but he could opt back in if AD agrees to stay maybe? I don't see it, but it's a possibility. His options are only limited by what teams will wan to pay him considerably more than $9M per.

They're very similar players IMO. Rebounders and paint scorers that still need some work on their perimeter games. Obviously Zion is more explosive, but Randle has the length advantage (but those kind of even out). Randle can play small-ball center.

Ultimately, it's not the Pelicans decision. Randle has a player option for $9M, and I doubt he'll be happy with that.

If he's a duplication of Zion, why the hell does everyone have a boner about Zion? Why aren't we hanging on every word Randle says?
