What chance do the Bucks have to possibly sign Kevin Durant?

Definitely front runners to snag both KD and George imo.

The Bucks aren't interested to sign KD or other FA All Star... They'll look to add one All Star, or borderline All Star this season, but it will be via a trade and will depend on what the other side demands in return.

Much will depend on if Middleton accepts a "team friendly" contract or not. As I said before, the Bucks are watching PG, but there other alternatives they have...

Only "important additions" the Bucks are watching out of free agency is Vucevic, Bojan Bogdanovic and one out of the Morris twins (either Marcus or Markieff) there is no intention to pay lux tax for next season either.

The probability that the Bucks will resign Middleton and trade him either this summer via a "sign and trade" (to the destination he prefers) or before next Feb. is also highly examined.

Yep, he is still at it.

Might as well discuss the Wizards plans for this off season while we are at it.

-They are going to draft Ja Morant at 9, because they will politely ask other teams not to take him.
-Then they will trade John Wall and Dwight Howard to the Pelicans for Davis and Holiday. That way, they can help the Pelicans tank to add another young star with Zion.
-lastly, they will deal Ian Mahimi's expiring contract for Paul George to help OKC get under the tax line.

That leaves them with:

Morant
Holiday
Beal
George
Anthony Davis

Pretty realistic I think.

Instant top 3 seed in the East.

Some rumors on the Lakers dealing James? What does it take to get Lebron in a Bucks uni?

Sign and Trade Mirotic and George Hill perhaps?

The only thing a troll like you ever does, is inventing proposals and put them on the other's mouth, that were never mentioned... I guess it also proves trolls the others that are backing you up and approve you doing that "troll tactics"...
So what is the deal for PG and why would OKC do it? The floor is yours.

Do you mental problems? You start your comment off by saying don't insist you called me troll. The thing is I've insisted nothing. Then you end your comment by calling me a troll because I called you out for being wrong.

So your game in the NBA threads will be to call anyone trolls when they either disagree w/ you or call you out for trying to deny something you've actually said.

This is gonna be entertaining.
And never mind by definition the troll is the one who made the outlandish comments (him) to elicit a reply, not the one who replied to it.

To start with... OKC will be looking to move below the lux tax this season and that can be achieved only if they can save some 20M off their current salaries... But is not achievable under the CBA 125% rule, so they have to find a way to overcome this...

The Bucks do have the solution they need, if they can achieve a deal that includes George Hill in a "sign and trade"... Because George Hill's contract is the best contract currently in the entire league... (second better being J.R. Smith's contract, which is of much the same provisions, but of much higher guaranteed salary -3.8M instead of only 1M on Hill's- and lower value -15.7M than 18M on Hill)...

Therefore if Hill agrees to sign a 5-6M new contract and is moved on a "sign and trade"... His value on a trade will be some 12-13M over the salary the other team will have to write in their books and then the rest of the amount OKC will want to save, will be easily achievable by having less value of income salaries, than the outcome value under the 125% rule...

Now OKC would of course much prefer to move Westbrook's contract, than George's one, but other than Westbrook's contract being far less desirable (the Bucks are certainly not interested on him or his contract - I doubt anybody else is), the method of trading must be the same...

Therefore the options they have in OKC as to go below the lux tax are three (in that order of preference for OKC):
1. They move Westbrook for a deal that includes J.R. Smith (most probably on a 3-team deal).
2. They move P.George in a deal that includes George Hill in the package they receive.
3. They move P. George in a deal that includes J.R.Smith (most probably on a 3-team deal).

Therefore the Bucks have high probability of getting George...
Damn....who knew the Cavs could have kept them both and acquired PG AND Westbrook.

Yet another mistake by Cavs FO I guess.

They should have known George Hill has the most valuble contract in the NBA.

Laugh all you want.

Everyone here is laughing at you.

Paul George not going to the Bucks.
If Costanza had a way to get Bonds and Griffey to the Yanks "without really giving up much" Maybe the Bucks could make it a 3-way and come away with PG and AD

I guess you think you are bullying on me, while it's the other way around what happens... I'll always reply reasonably to whatever you think may prove you "smart"...

Bucks aren't interested in Bron, not even if he was a FA available for ...5M!

You think there that clutch will get their players to sign with the Lakers because of Lebron (who is a major share holder with clutch)... We know that it's the opposite that is happening... so don't expect AD to pack for LA, nor PG or other all star...

As it is, we are happy that Lebron (and clutch) advised Bledsoe to renew with us on a "team friendly" deal, as well as that they advised AD to state in public that "Bucks are among his preferred destinations" before Feb's deadline, but we also know that it will be clutch that will now have AD to stay with the Pels...
