I don’t understand why the league isn’t automatically reviewing every overtime goal in the playoffs.

Brutal non-call but for the Blues and their fans, better that it happen relatively early in the series than later. I wouldn't be surprised to see border-line calls go the Blues way for the next little bit.
Still baffling that a play that leads directly to a goal is not reviewable but any zone entry that leads to a goal is reviewed for an offside regardless of how much later it results in a goal.

Yeah seems weird that it takes stuff like this to happen before rules get changed, when proactive measures should have been taken beforehand.
