Mysterio may not even be from another earth and they may not add the multiverse yet. You can’t know for certain until the movie though. We all know Mysterio is pretending to be a hero/wizard but actually is just a phoney who uses illusions and smokes and mirrors.

trying to temper expectation and or excitement about this multiverse reveal until see for sure that its not just some illusion done by Mysterio

a couple of reasons

1. we still dont really have any idea of what's coming other than maybe a Widow prequel movie and GoG 3.

2. we know marvel studios propencency for going off cuff in characters

3. maybe multiverse is real but mysterios version is the illusion all while somehow mutants now do exist but still undetected until later movie

the post credits for far from home will be interesting. does it reveal nothing? does it tie into the next movie directly. does it include sonys venom stuff or does it include anything mutant related

An interesting comment I saw on the trailer;

The "Fury" we see is actually the Chameleon and he actually teams up with Mysterio and he makes up this "Multiverse " stuff to make Beck look like the good guy.

I've thought of Mysterio faking the multiverse stuff but it would be cool to see Chameleon.
