Per GM Beane, the Bills were tempted a few times at WR, but stuck to their board and didn't reach. Hopefully Sills can become that big receiver missing from the Bills' WR corps.

By all accounts an absolutely amazing draft, we lost our shot to address the receiver position...if we were going to do it, we had to in the first two rounds by without a doubt I wouldn't have preferred anyone else with our first two picks than Oliver and Ford

Singletary, I feel like we maybe could have waited and still grabbed a RB around the same level - Mike Weber went in the 7th round...but the guy didn't get hurt once in college so durability is a nice change of pace at the position

I didn't know anything about Knox, but I guess he has a lot of talent and was underutilized but worth a shot.

UDFA signings Tyree Jackson is an obvious one to like, but I'm a huge fan of David Sills...he's a really good receiver that could turn into a redzone threat

There werent many WR that I would have taken in the first round this year and I certainly wouldnt have reached for one. This was more of a defensive draft. Lets be honest here we arent winning the Super Bowl next year and probably not the year after so addressing all the areas of need wasnt necessary. We can aim for a WR in next years draft and be set to contend in two or 3 years.

Definitely not at #9 in the first. Second round or later there could have been a potential value pick, but I was looking for more of a day 3 flier from them. Sills fits that description, only as a bargain UDFA.

I absolutely agree, we did exactly what we needed to I felt like. Next year's class looks like it could potentially be strong at receiver so if someone doesn't emerge as a true #1 we could address it then.

However, I think Daboll could do well to call plays without a clear number 1 but a variety of just good receivers
