In the battle of the baldies Andre beat Andriy in the 99 French open final after being two sets down. That was Agassi’s resurgence after a big lapse when he sunk to 141 I think in the rankings.

Fed must be scratching his head right now. Both his top two rivals showed sub par form. Djokovic at least lost in three sets but Nadal’s loss against someone he has beaten 11 times before in straight sets is not fathomable given clay as the judging criteria.

Fed should have played.

Nadal vs Struff started. 1-1 with Nadal serving. He needs to win Barcelona to put any validity in his claim as a favorite for FO. If he doesn’t win here it means the EOTW or end of the world is near.
