Pick the Podium - IndyCar - Circuit of the Americas, Austin Texas, March 24, 2019

The Indycar series is in F-1 land America style on the Circuit of the Americas race track in Austin, Texas this week-end. Should be interesting in that I believe this is one of the new venues for 2019 in this series.

Right now, Power outpaced rookie Felix Rosenqvist (1:47.615) by .175 seconds in second practice. Alexander Rossi, who was second in Practice 1, posted the third fastest time of 1:47.931. Ryan Hunter-Reay (1:48.121) and Ed Jones to complete the top five.

Should be a good race and we will see if another race team can out-pace the Penske boys this week-end.

Power takes the pole for the Circuit of the Americas race tomorrow. Rossi is second, Hunter-Reay third, Herta fourth, Rosenqvist fifth and Dixon sixth.

My picks are as follows: I'll go with Power for the win, Rossi second, Hunter-Reay third, and Dixon fourth.

Looks like a newbie, Colton Herta is going to get his first win in IndyCar.
