Your troll thread is well appreciated, and yes, Cousins is deserving. Pointing out that he flat out blows when playing against .500 teams or playing in prime time or Monday nights is not trolling...it's just the facts of football.

Thanks for the 7th or so reminder that Cousins sucks. I'm not sure who it is you're trying to convince of that, as I've already agreed with that sentiment numerous times on this board.

not trying to convince anyone. But on the topic of this thread, Cousins is over rated and over paid.

I guess I don't understand it when people get upset by someone trying to counter an argument they make with logic and facts.

But to simplify everything, Bridgewater was never anything beyond average. Both his stats and actual game play reflect that, if you'd seen most of his games as a Viking like I have. Meanwhile, a lot of Vikings fans act like he was the next Peyton Manning, and a lot of fans in general still seem deluded into thinking he has a high chance of having a legit career as a high quality starter in the league despite that and his injury setting him back so much. So yeah, he's extremely overrated. People are missing the point to get so hung up on my RGIII comment.

Hey, i never said anything about him being another peyton manning, socrates. I just think you wildly overrate robert griffin

Dez Bryant!!!
Cowboy fans at one point that he was a top 5 WR.

GTFO!!!
I would put Romo in there with Bryant. Bryant ran bad routes and did not have top end speed. He used brute strength to win matchups. He was never the same after breaking that foot. Amari Cooper is a way better receiver than Bryant ever was

I actually supported him at the time, but the more I think about it, the more I think he was dramatically overrated.

Teammates are ashamed looking at him.

Tony suffered too many injuries behind a porous OL. If Tony could have remained healthy we would have won at least one SB.

I dont know about Stafford. He is a really good qb IMO. Calvin Johnson was also damn good.
Calvin never came thru when it mattered.

Even the call that started all the BS with catches, against Chicago. He didn't finish the process. Story of his career. I can think of a half dozen games they lost, but could've won had he came thru. Can't think of any they won because he made a play.

A lot of hollow garbage time numbers.

I don't consider comparing a player to the talent levels of Teddy Bridgewater to be that high of praise, man.

Honestly, I always thought of McNabb as the rich man's Culpepper.

Shaun Alexander for sure.

Seattle had the best left side (+ Center) in NFL history with Jones/Hutchinson/Tobeck, and the right side wasn't that bad either. Hasselbeck was okay to boot and their TEs were decent blockers. A 240 lb beer belly white man could've run for 4+ YPC behind that line.

I heard someone say this on the radio the other day and him and the Hall of Fame would've never crossed my mind in a milion years.

I don't really have a good answer for the OP. The Browns have been bad for so long it is hard to answer this question.

Bernie?
