Dorsey gets it, its a two back system if you want to go deep into the playoffs....
Good for them, lets hope Kitchens is the missing head coach this franchise has been seeking since Marty left there.

Coaching is the only thing that could fuck it up.

Signed,

Hue, no last name needed.

c

clevelands a passing team now
It will be interesting to see what Kitchens and Monken come up with? Regardless having those RBs in the backfield will certainly help Mayfield progress.

I'm OK with this. The dude deserves a second chance. He did knock the bitch down but she was all up in his face asking for it. I've said it before, if a chick wants to act like a dude she should expect to be treated like a dude. This wasn't that bad.

Nah, couple 21 year old drunks being stupid.

If it was a dude nobody would care at all.

Terrible move unless Chubb is in trouble. An unnecessary addition, especially when Chubb showed such promise.

It's better to have two quality RB's.

Not when they both have the same running style.

Duke Johnson is a way better compliment to Chubb. But maybe they are wanting out of Duke’s contract? They forked out a lot of dough to him prior to drafting Chubb.

Kareem is also a solid pass receiver.

I dont blame the browns.
million bucks for Hunt's talents is an easy one.
I just dont get why Hunt chose the Browns. I am sure other teams will be interested in him. Where becoming the starter would be a no brainer.

From a football standpoint I'm not sure what the gripe is. Like others pointed out he can spell Chubb late in the season. For a million bucks to grab a dude that talented it's a nice risk.

weird that would be the reason, yet they kept Tyreke Hill, who committed far worse acts than Hunt.

I think their reasoning is that Hill has not done anything wrong since being drafted. Obviously hunt did.

I would've rather seen them draft a guy like Miles Sanders or Mike Weber in the middle rounds as a backup, honestly. When we're talking strictly on the field, yeah it's a 100% steal, no questions asked. Given that he's going to face a lengthy suspension (could easily be the entire year, honestly), and the negative PR it brings to the team, I just don't like it.
The Browns negative PR slot has been filled for a few years.
As an outsider, I can tell you that the negative PR from this is minimal. But the respect the Browns are getting for making a good football move is more. Most people are wishing their team would've signed Hunt for $1 million.

Also, why? They have Chubb, so they don't need a starter.

Why go through this hassle for a RB2?

Hunt is a great receiving option and Chubb is not, so I expect Hunt to get a # of opportunities out of the backfield. Also never hurts to have a 1-2 punch with a back who can catch, as the Saints have shown.

Despite the depth, I would've liked Seattle to sign this guy. Hunt is an extremely talented back who is in the midst of having his career ruined by yet another clam.

This is a A+ no brainer signing. IF the Browns make the playoffs next year and Hunt isn't suspended too long, I expect him to be a major reason.
