I'd switch Bucks and Raps as of now.

Giannis doesn't have enough help for them to be above the loaded Sixers and Raps. The Celtics are playing well as of late.....They'll be the 4th seed and probably win their first round matchup and lose in the EC semis.

I think many fans view the Bucks like this because they don't have the star "name" players, other than Giannis, but Middleton, Bledsoe and Brogdon are studs.

OK...I think the Cavs would have knocked off Houston, but we'll never know.

Exactly. I'd love to see a top 16 overall playoff bracket with reworked and balanced regular season schedules without back to backs, but that's asking for the world lol.

I wouldn't hate this.

Bledsoe may have been a stud at some point but currently? No.

Am I the only one who thinks Sixers gave up too much in the deal?

I honestly hope that he has.

To be clear, this post seems to imply that you agree with me that Westbrook shouldn't be taking 20 some shots a game, right? Because while he is still averaging 19.6 attempts per game this year (4.5 3s) he is down to 15.75 attempts over his past 8 games with 2.75 3 point attempts. The Thunder are 7-1 during that stretch.

Russ was taking way too many jump shots before. I have always thought Russ shoots way too much. Not because he is a point guard, but because he can't shoot. The numbers don't lie.

His issue has been settling for bad shots. Prestis biggest failure was that he didn’t surround him with shooters. Russ is so competitive that eventually when the others aren’t making shots you better believe he is going to take matters in his own hands. For whoever was saying he isn’t a pass guy or something like that, he had 16 assists last night, end of story. I have watched almost every game he has played with the thunder, he is a different player this year and PG wouldn’t be in the MVP conversation if he wasn’t. He still needs to slow it down at times but when you got a guy like that you just take it all and take your chances. If he would swear to never take another off the dribble 3 he would be an even better player and he has cut them way down. He is a good enough catch and shoot guy even from 3. There will be a time in the playoffs where he has to go into maniac mode and get to the rim, that’s the Russ I like watching.

We seem to have an annual process of some star saying they will only play in LA. And yet somehow they never seem to get traded there.

I like how everyone acts like there are tons of examples of one-year rentals staying with the rental team, when its really just Paul George.

Pacers got Dipo (when his value was a lot less than it is now) and Sabonis and no picks for the rental of Paul George.

Worked out very well for the Thunder (and the Pacers), but they still paid just a rental price for him.

Are you being serious? By your "logic" there is no such thing as a trade rumor.

These reports are the very definition of a trade rumor. You're just messing with me, right?

No, there are trade rumors. If someone says "It looks like Team A is interested in trading for this player from Team B. That's a rumor. There can even be rumors about which players might be involved in the trade.

However, once the actual negotiations start, it's no longer a rumor and players mentioned are actually being discussed.

That's as simple as I can make it. If you still don't grasp it, I can't help you.

Like I said, it's time for you to do what you claim you do and just admit you're wrong.

Reporter just asked Lebron if the kids being the subject of trade rumors affected them tonight:

"I don't know. I've never been a part of that."

This is a shortened snippet taken out of context to make him sound unempathetic, when he was actually being empathetic.. Go listen to the full interview.

He went on to empathize with his teammates saying he can imagine that it would be very tough especially the young guys who haven'e been through it before. He then says he thinks the best thing they can do is stay off social media. He talks about when he was a young player he used to see all the talk about how he wasn't clutch and could never win a ship and it bothered him until he learned to stop listening to all of it and focus on himself and what he could control.

I like the Clippers haul but it most likely signals they'll re-sign him and not Butler.
