Other players also had cable coaching them, like hunt, but don't have that huge strength deficit that pocic does.

This is from a draft scouting report on him:

True points but Cable couldn't coach a pee wee o-line if his life depended on it. He was a total idiot. All I'm saying is lets see if there's improvement in his second year under Solari before we write Pocic off.

On the Pocic situation...I'll give him a pass for the main reason he's young and had Tom Cable coaching him. Cable's out and in comes Solari with a fresh scheme and ideas so maybe it's taken him a little longer to get himself situated under Solari. I be interested on how Pocic does with another year of ota's/camp and preseason under Solari.

Agreed. I think everyone on the line deserves at least one more offseason to get the Cable stink off them.

As frustrating as it was to watch Pocic this year (especially in the flesh vs 49ers in Santa Clara), this is probably fair.

I am fine giving him another year, but my expectations are very low.

with that said, i want an OG/RT with our first pick and there should be several good ones available.

Exactly right. We saw some nice improvements over the season and with another year of teachings our line should continue to improve. Solari was probably the biggest FA pick up last off season.

That's fair on the bar being low but sometimes it takes guys a year or two to adjust so I think and hope we see improvement. Nothing wrong picking up more line help, just wondering which round we'll be our first pick.

last year we traded down from 18th to 27th and picked up a 3rd and 6th while trading away a 7th. then traded away another 7th when we moved up for dickson.

trading down too far would be stupid honestly, they should take the best player available when its out turn or we will miss out on DL and OL talent.

all these people bashing on Procic would have cut Britt a LONG time ago. Procic is in a hard position. they have him all over the line and he is still very young. there is no doubt this kids head is spinning and is so full of what he has to do at different positions that he is not able to react. this makes him a step slower and that is all that is needed to be over powered.

I can not cheer for the Patriots, i just can't. Brady is the biggest cry baby in the league and their coach the biggest douche.

This is supposedly projected to be one of the deepest drafts we've seen in quite a long time... Mainly at DE, DT, WR (position of needs for the Hawks) so I can see the Hawks trading down for more picks...

Same... I can't find it w/in me to cheer for that team... It's about the only team in the league I cannot cheer for under any circumstances...

I wont cheer for the Rams, not a chance but i wont be rooting for the Patriots to win. Can they both lose? Hmm how can they both lose...

I actually wanted to see KC vs Saints.

You know what i want to give props to Romo calling the Chiefs Pats game. He was like dead perfect calling out NE Plays before they happened lol.

maybe if NE wins brady retires and the AFC can be more interesting again.

since 2003 only 5 teams in the AFC have made the superbowl, take out the ravens from 2012 and its 4 teams. the NFC has only had 2 teams make it twice in that span, us and the giants.

Brady has a brand now that's all about defying aging. He's not going anywhere.

Every year the Pats make it back to the Super Bowl (so basically every year), I think about how much joy I could take from the Pats's success if idiot Bevell hadn't called a slant pass in XLIX.

It would be totally different living in New England for this era of success had Seattle not blown their shot against the dynasty.

So you can root for two teams (Patriots/Steelers) that beat our Seahawks in the SB? With the way we lost both of those games? I couldn't find myself to root for them...
