Same here. Not often do you lose 2 lottery picks, not enroll a Duke/UK class and actually be much better the following year. And they are doing this without one of their starters. Extremely impressive stuff. Can't wait for the MSU/Michigan games.

outside of their 2006 season in football, they are the one program in the P5 that I can think of off the top of my head that has never been good in either of the two major sports since i started watching college football and basketball.

Well it ain't great but if you lose Rutgers will likely jump about 30 spots in NET so it will be considered a Q2 loss since it's a road game . So, technically , no it won't be awful lol. Bad but not awful

True, but Rutgers will be lucky to win more than like 3 games the rest of the season. This will definitely be a Q3 loss at least y the end of the year.

You think ? I'm not sure . Teams don't seem to be dropping much when losing . Shit PSU went up 9 spots after a close loss to Minnesota . I think 3 more wins may keep Rutgers inside the top 125 depending on who they beat obviously

I really don't think there's a way for them to finish inside the top 125 if they play like they have been for the entire season. Their NET was 142 coming into today. I don't think they'll win on the road, and they may beat Illinois, Minnesota and PSU at home, so they'd finish 12-18 heading into the B1GT at best IMO. Despite PSU not having won in conference, I think they are much better than Rutgers is.

I think the biggest thing I've taken from it is not to get blown out and lose to bad teams. Close wins, even against great competition, doesn't seem to do much for you either. Kansas being the example of that. The top 16 reveal will be telling .
