I mean, this is the guy who finished off that key win to even GET THEM into the playoffs. Without him, what does Foles late magic vs Chicago matter?

With Foles now likely out of the equation... the media, the fans, the country begs the question. How short of a leash does Pederson give to Wentz next year, before he turns it over to "Big Game Nate"? That's what the kids are callin' him, anyway.

I hand this QB controversy over to you, Hooplans. Let the 300 pages ensue...

I've said it before. Wentz is a gimpy system-qb. You can plug any qb and be pretty successful. This, is impart due to the McVay System which I can't speak highly enough of. This is a great perk of the system.
Look at the Bengals, pre McVay System
Dalton goes down, and the whole team goes to pot and fails to reach the playoffs. Well damn, my italics and bold sticky is stuck on going to cut this one short

Then Im sure you are aware its usually is around two years when someone that has had a knee procedure starts to feel better physically and mentality

I believe there has been plenty of pro players that have shown after a knee surgery the second year back there movement and overall presence on the field is a lot more better.

And I also have a personal experience from college

well from actual clinical knowledge and medical studies, thats not the norm.

as early as 8 month, typical 12-14, POSSIBLY as long as 18...........
I was also say this. and im not saying this is the case with wentz. But every thinks with modern medicine and current advancements in ACL surgeries that its no big deal and everyone is fine.

Thats just not true, the success rates are exponentially greater. Also a successful surgery means someone is functional, it may not mean returning to professional athlete status. Guys still can and do have residual deficits post surgery. and yes it can hamper their play

I do not disagree with your assessment. But I also believe the Eagles staff, and Wentz himself will be a little more cautious as to how and what he can do, Nick proved it in this offense you don't have to take off and run.
Carson does have a pretty damn good arm, sometimes his fastball takes off on him, he'll learn, it's part of the process.

I have faith in Pederson and the fact Carson is his guy and they will find a way to keep Carson upright and produce above average stats....
