How much would you care to wager?

Nada. I didn't say he would stay at Bama; just that it is a possibility. I'd kind of like to see him go to Oklahoma. Keeps the same uniform colors & gets to compete for a potential playoff spot again.

Primetime Tom Brady on any SEC team is carving Alabama a new @sshole, Lawrence isn't Tom Brady not yet. I don't even like the Tom Brady and I know this.

Florida couldn't protect the semi mobile QB they have, Tom would quit 3 plays in...and I love Brady, but he's not a one man show.

With the no names he's thrown to most of his career. He makes everyone better.

Does he make his offensive line protect better? and what position does he play on defense?

he switches protections to help his offensive line. Doesn't play defense but I don't think the Gators defense was as much their problem.

I don’t know how any QB that has the opportunity to play for Riley could ever turn it down. Hopefully it works out for everyone.

So now we're back to the Gators...I though you said "any" SEC team? I'm not knocking Brady, but we're talking about a team that has been known to have offensive linemen block each other...not the Patriots offensive line.

Have you ever seen the Patriots offensive line do this:

Me thinks Riley will adjust the offense. While he has definitely improved, I just don't see Hurts being as accurate as Mayfield and/or Murray. He can take off and run...probably not as jitterbuggy as Murray but still good and a load to bring down.

Well, they took their coaches litterally when they were told "Just block somebody!"

Oh no question the offense will be adjusted. I agree this is Riley’s biggest challenge to date, I mean besides the necessary scorched earth policy on defense. Actually that was easy.

He's a better QB than people give him credit for. They often forget he was a true freshman when he was a starter.

Unprecedented if Lincoln Riley, can pull off the hat trick and Jalen Hurts wins the Heisman next year. If he (Hurts) is in New York next year as a Heisman candidate would be a major accomplishment, ether way QB's will be lining up to play at OU.

Just never really thought of him as some big attraction for QBs.

I was thinking more that he went to Oklahoma because it's a team that is a contender. If he was going only for QB training, I would think he had much better options.

Oh I got ya but I can’t begin to imagine who would be better than Lincoln Riley. He is the QB guy right now.

Riley's QBs do perform at a high level, and his offenses are hard to stop. He's probably the best of the new wave of young coaches in the business. I'm glad Hurts will still be wearing Crimson & White, even if it is out west.
