I feel like I'm going to have to plug some holes this week.

Current roster...

QB: Ben Roethlisberger, Kirk Cousins
RB: Melvin Gordon, Philip Lindsay, Jaylen Samuels, Justin Jackson, Spencer Ware, Jeff Wilson
WR: Odell Beckham, Julian Edelman, Adam Humphries, Courtland Sutton
TE: Zach Ertz
K: Greg Zuerlein
Defense: currently streaming Atlanta

Full PPR.

Best available defenses on the waiver wire:
Dallas Cowboys (vs Tampa Bay)
Indianapolis Colts (vs New York Giants)
New Orleans Saints (vs Pittsburgh)
LA Chargers (vs Baltimore)
Philadelphia Eagles (vs Houston)
Denver Broncos (vs Oakland)
Miami Dolphins (vs Jacksonville)

So, here's my question. Do I plan for Gordon/Beckham to not play this week and start cleaning out my bench (dropping Jackson, Samuels, Wilson, Sutton and Cousins) to look for better options? Do I start Big Ben against the Saints? And which defense would you stream?

Melvin Gordon (knee) said he is healthy enough to play this week against the Ravens.

"I feel good, not 100% obviously," Gordon said. "But we’re going to go out there and knock off some rust and get myself ready for the playoffs." All signs have pointed to Gordon returning this week, and these quotes all but confirm it. Even against the Ravens, Gordon is a locked-in RB1 for the fantasy finals

Okay so I feel good about dropping Jackson then. But if Beckham doesn't play I don't know if I like Humphries or Sutton enough to be a WR2.

I would try to get Dallas or Denver for your D. Dallas could bounce back big against a reeling, TO prone, Bucs offense.

I know you are a bronco fan... But I would not recommend their defense anymore this season... I think they are pretty much giving up..

of those defenses I would start Miami...

I know the Saints have a good defense but every time I have started Cousins he has shit the bed.

Should I gamble and grab Dak off the wire? Tampa has a shit defense.

The QB situation worries me because I have Ben and Cousins currently. The best available is Dak. My opponent is either going to start Rodgers against the Jets or Goff against the Cardinals.

Do I roll with Ben in New Orleans against a really good Saints team? Do I go with bipolar Cousins and hope this isn’t one of his play like ass weeks? Do I grab Dak and trust the Cowboys to not shit the bed against a very bad Tampa team?
