I'm not 100% convinced that the patriotswill win this game. The Bills have really tried to crank it up a notch and they've surprised more than one team this year. It's a Patriot home game and the Pats have been been pretty good on their own dirt.

The Bills are 5-9 but they've beaten a few twamsthat the Patriots could not, the Jags and and the Luons.
They only averaged 16 points a game and they've had more than their share of injuries. McCoy is back and looks healthy and the Patriots can't stop the run to save themselves so He could have a career day. Josh Allen has suffered with a less than stellar WR corps, but the guy has a cannon hanging from his right shoulder.

Patriots SHOULD win this easily like 37-16, but I just have this sick feeling that it will take a monumental effort and they'll win with a last second FG 26-24.

At this point I have zero confidence in the offense or defense. We have no Tight End, Jules and TB seem off, the defense will allow 600 yards rushing, but I guess we will win.

Not worried about Allen's arm, more his legs he likes to run and I hope it doesn't turn into A Trubisky type game again. Think the Bills coaching staff isn't seeing the Pats suck against the run and looking at that tape too and salivating right now, to just really kick the Pats ass and send them further into a bigger tailspin.

You are right what gets me is No one ever hits the legs, last weekend 4 guys up top just moving along with Samuels. what happened to the old tackling style tackle low, not cheapshots to the knee . I know they want the big hits but at what cost 10-25 yard gains.

The Jets have signed Patriots practice-squad OT Eric Smith to their 53-man roster. The Patriots had been paying Smith a salary ($340,000) as if he was on the 53-man roster.

Eric Smith was a UDFA and cut, signed to PS by NE in September. Jets have signed him to be be a special team player.

Losing Gordon might be exactly what the patriotsneed to get back on track.

Patterson and Dorsett will switch off and now Brady doesn't have to 'look' for Gordon every time he drops back. It's going to be interesting to see if Edelman can recoverhimselfand if Gronk can can at least6 be a decoy for the next two weeks before he's really needed to perform.

WTF How does losing your best WR become best for the team?

Gronk has sucked this year and IMO may very well be just collecting checks
JE has the drops and is less reliable than ever
Hogan well solid enough is not a #1 and a marginal #2
Dorsett can't crack the line up, so he caught six passes in a row and people now have a woody for the guy.

Losing Gordon is best for Gordon not sure it's best for the Pats.

He's caught almost everything thrown at him since he came on board last year.
You are the only one that doesn't see any potential in him.

No I'm not. If he were as wonderful and talented a player as you want to assume he would have been getting more playing time. I guess there may not be a choice now.

We will see Dorsett and White get more touches this week and I'm happy about that.

Well, If Brady isn't constantly looking for Gordon, maybe he'll start checking down better and find an open WR. Sometimes he tries to hard to go to his first option.

Sometimes bad things happen and the result is an improvement. One can only hope.

If that were the case it would make sense.

It hopefully forces BBs hand to use White, who Brady wanted to play with and play more with anyway. Dorsett now will be playing more, which will get his confidence up.. Yes Edelman has sucked donkey balls with all his terrible drops but perhaps this will have him focus more since he now knows Gordon won't be able to bail him out.

Hopefully cause we all know Brady is at his best when he drops back and already when he hits that last step he knows exactly where he is going with the ball and it is out. No sitting back there waiting for downfield to develop like he seemed to be doing to much of this year and it cost him some big time hits, hurrying up due to poor line play and just outright poor decision making. Maybe this gets him back to his quick read and react. we can only hope.

Plus if that happens and they can get some time consuming drives that used to eat up clock, this defense might look a little better. hey grasping for anything at this point.

And At this point I hope Gordon can figure it out, because at this time his life is more important than football for him. Hope he surrounds himself with the help he needs not enablers.
