Suspension minimum is 1 year IIRC. With his history he'd be an idiot not to. He'll never stay off the grass & the NFL isn't going to change it's substance abuse policy any time soon... Plus he'd be a star in that league.

It would be interesting if a good number of NFL players jumped ship to the XFL or AAF depending on their pot rules and or testing.
