Well no way it is in Seattle or Portland.

Why not Mexico City? The NFL wants that dump so let them play there until the Vegas stadium is ready.

If The Chargers can play in a 22k seat stadium, surely Vegas has something on that level. Sam boyd holds 35k I think...If Vegas is smart they would bump up the move and play there next yr.

Rumblings that they'll play at Levis.

Seems the most logistical place but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be a 49er season ticket holder and have to sit in the same seats that were occupied by a raider fans for a whole season.

I read about Sam Boyd Stadium in Nevada. That would also make sense.
According to the talking heads the NFL can not get the stadium up to NFL standards in time for season. I have no idea what that means. Maybe not enough luxury boxes because most fans of teams need a little seat of which I am sure the stadium has.

Yeah, from what I'm reading today - it does sound like the most reasonable option and Davis is considering it.

I was thinking Santa Clara too or somehow working out something with Stanford Stadium. Whatever they end up doing, you can bet every other team that's scheduled to play @Raiders next year will be overjoyed that they don't have to play in the dump.

I agree. The league insists that the teams play in a stadium at a certain level for what they require so how the hell are the Chargers getting away with what they're doing?

Maybe it has more to do with concessions, etcetera and a lot of the college stadiums don't meet the requirements?

I can see having a standard, but at some point building a Vegas fan base should be on the docket...playing there in '19 just seems like the thing to do.

I don't live there so its easy for me to say this I guess, but OAK had an opportunity to build a new stadium and keep the Raiders. IDK how much if any Davis was willing to invest in said stadium project. The reality is it never happened so I'm not sure what they are suing for, but doesn't seem like money well spent.

San Antonio Raiders might just beat the "takes twenty years to make a decision" Chargers to it.

Well the Raiders are already a circus so make it a traveling circus. Put each home game in a different city.

Oakland wouldn't commit public money to a stadium and never came up with anything concrete. By the time a proposal came up it was too late.
