I'm pretty much screwed next week. Goff is on bye and Smith is now on IR so I need a QB

I think I would lean Winston vs SF, but I can't knock the logic for picking on Tampa.

when you stream QBs, its not about picking the most talented QB, its always about picking the QB facing the easiest secondary

without seeing all the matchups, my reflex is to attack Tampa, they suck and give up a ton of pts

too scared Winston gets benched after he throws 3 INTs this weekend
do you really trust Dalton (vs a sneaky good CLE secondary no AJ Green), Eli (on the road), or even Stafford (v Bears D) this week?
Lamar Jackson is at least interesting since he is willing to tuck and run it a bunch, but he may not even start
Baker could be tempting vs Cincy, but I think I still lean to Mullens vs Tampa
Tannehill and Keenum both terrible, you are praying for one of their good weeks which are few and far between

I just put a claim in for Winston over the others mentioned here. I own Evans so that helped me lean that way.

No, doubt they do that. However hate counting on Winston when a playoff spot is in the balance.
