so part 1 from The Flash tonight

pretty good, id give it a 8/10'ish

my main gripes are/were:

Flash cast acting very out of character when imprisoning Barry/Oliver at Starlabs
also the AMAZO robot or whatever, they said it had the ability to gain "meta-human" info and powers, but Superman/SuperGirl are aliens and not metahumans? thought that was kinda lazy writing there

I noticed that too (about AMAZO). Killer Frost, also, is not a meta. That is the whole reason she is the key against Cicada. They even mention that in the episode.

Super lazy writing.

And haven’t we met Lois in a previous season of SG? That show does WAY too much recasting.

That was a lot of fun!

I especially liked how the Smallville theme song, Remy Zero "Save Me," kicked in when the action moved to the Kent farm, and how they replicated the look the farm set from Smallville. I was a big fan of Smallville back in the day, and it actually momentarily felt like we were seeing older versions of Tom Welling and Erica Durance.

Naw, Lois has been repeatedly mentioned, but has never previously appeared on Supergirl until now.

The source of the confusion might be this: there are two actresses on Supergirl who previously played Lois on other Superman TV shows:

- Erica Durance, who currently plays Kara's mother Alura on Supergirl, played Lois on Smallville during the 2000s

- Teri Hatcher, who played Mon-El's mother Rhea on Supergirl, played Lois on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman during the 1990s

That was a neat part 2 of the crossover, which is also supposed to be a backdoor pilot for the upcoming Batwoman TV series.

Eager to learn more about what happened to Batman that he's been missing for 3 years.

Were they hinting at SG going gay? It certainly seemed like they were having the two of them flirting pretty heavy.

They are clearly going to make BatWoman gay (I have no idea if she is or not in the comics).

Huh, I had guessed earlier in the season that Stanley as the Star City Slayer was going to turn out to be the main bad guy in the second half of the season, but now it's looking like he's a one (episode) and done villain.

Breaking news: Arrow ends this fall with a shortened season 8! Wow, it's been a journey!

Oh dear, there's a batwomen now?

I completely abandoned flash and arrow this season. Am I missing anything? For all I know they haven't even started back up but either way, it tough to think I'll really get back into it. I can't even recall if I finished last season of either.

There was a backdoor Batwoman pilot running throughout the Arrowverse crossover this season. The network has ordered a full Batwoman pilot episode but has not yet placed a full season order, though it is likely that they will as a replacement for Arrow ending next season.

for all you Arrowversers out there...is there somewhere I can watch the non-Arrow shows. I watched the 1st 2 seasons of Arrow on Netflix and enjoyed them and want to watch the other Arrowverse shows as well. But I want to watch all the shows in order of actual showing...meaning now that I've watched the 1st 2 seasons of Arrow, the next show to watch would be the 1st episode of season 1 of The Flash. Problem is it is no longer on Netflix (and neither are any of the others outside of Arrow) and I can't seem to find where to find them to watch.

Any suggestions?
