Yeah. I'm happy with Cora's regular season performance, but he hasn't been great this postseason. He's been bailed out a few times.

Brewers fans are used to seeing their "starters" go 4 innings. 5 max. Woodruff made it into the 6th inning.

Yes, Counsell had tricks. The tricks worked about as well as he could've hoped under the circumstances. It just wasn't enough because the Dodgers had the advantages and better player clutch execution in game 5.

My ultimate point being, the game five loss was not on Counsell. He managed his outmatched team about as good as anyone could hope for in that one game and unfortunately for him they still came up short.

It was sarcasm. Believe me, I was bitching with every pitch Kimbrel threw. I sat there in disbelief as that last out looked like a sure game tying hit.

Hinch is blessed by his front office making great draft picks and making awesome trades. He did absolutely nothing as manager of Arizona.

I haven’t seen a Red Sox manager anything like Cora ... throughout the season, he’s made all the right decisions and was ahead of most commentators and fans opinions

... and he’s shown the “golden touch” with his (highly) questionable calls coming out as winners in the postseason

maybe it’s his Cinderella season ... or the new replay calls ... but I don’t remember not screaming at the tv like year

That's a b pretty good ranking - I have heard that Roberts is an analytics man and that was why the Dodgers hired him - they run the numbers and yank his chain from the office on a regular basis, so it's hard to say if that is true - But it's working pretty good if you ask me
