didn't care for the clip show, though they came back strong with Charlie's Home Alone.

Only 2 episodes left this season, sad.

You made this post at 5pm, the episode aired at 10. Did they release it early? Are you a time traveling wizard?

Last episode I saw Dennis left to be with his kid. I need to catch up.

It was weird, but in a good way. It was so well done that you can't help but respect it. The fact that Rob went out of his way to get that ripped and executed that dance was impressive. I also respect them for going out there and taking a chance. But at the same time, its kinda show breaking. It makes you wonder how you go on from that. Like do they just ignore it? Is part of the story from now on? Does the show take more character driven introspective chances like that in the future (which isn't the show's style, hence why it was so shocking and show breaking)? It definitely leaves you feeling conflicted

I thought it was pretty sucky. I don't watch the show for character development or story lines. I watch it for clever humor and dialog, not a 5 minute ballet. To each their own though.

I have no problem with them trying new things. Rob going from fat 2-3 seasons ago to ripped this season takes a lot of dedication. But I just personally couldn't get into this episode at all. For me, I think it was probably the least funny of the season, right behind The Gang Beats Boggs: Ladies Reboot.
I doubt that they reference it a whole lot since the gang doesn't seem to really care that he's gay (since they were all well aware of it) and that his dad is rarely in it to start with. It'll probably be like Dennis' "exit" after season 12 which lasted almost one episode where they'll do something quick with it and forget about it the majority of the season.
While I still enjoy the show, I do hope that the next season is the final season. I'd rather the show go out while they still have some creativity left than the show going on too long and being a shell of itself.

What a beautiful ending. The black slippery stage, the rain. It looked awesome.

I thought the finale was amazing. Only episode that didn't do it for me this season was the opener.

14 seasons in, i'd still call it a pretty successful season. while the talk was would Dennis be in the season or not, I think the availability of some of the players worked itself into a lot of the season.

I get what they were going with on the first episode and thought it played well when looking at it.

Thought everything was pretty solid up until the clip show. I just don't know what they were going for there.

The next two delved into the Super Bowl, with a lot of criticism coming at the second half that used a lot of the first parts stuff, as they couldn't fill out two episodes, which i get. I liked the first half, home alone they went with, i agree they failed on the second part with all of the characters at their disposal, though as an eagles fan, the closing won it for me seeing the celebration.

as for the ending episode, it was short on the jokes overall, but that ending. the body transformations Mac had done on the show, that finale really showcased why he did it this final season. if this means sonny is going in a different direction, i doubt it, but, damn, it was breathtaking.

I was 100% sure that ballet chick was going to queef in Mac's face or something when she lifted her leg up after his dad walked away. I really thought there was going to be some sort of joke in this like the whole High School Reunion episode where they're all just drunk af.

But no, it was two wet people prancing around. No jokes. Just....whatever the fuck that was supposed to be. 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

I binged the latest season over the last few weeks and have to say they did a good job this year. The Super Bowl episodes were great and the finale isn't going to be for everyone, but I was really impressed with it. Looking forward to seeing how long they can keep it up as they all get more and more jobs outside of Sunny.
