If Haks smartens up and puts TK back on the top line he breaks out of his slump and Jake helps the second line with his speed and passing. Why does he continue to keep TK off of the top line after the advances he made in his game up there last half of last season.

I think he will eventually. Just waiting for G/Coots/Voracek to get sky high confidence again so that it'll carry them through when they flip TK and Jake again.

Something about the way Elliot was moving in the last game and his rebound control issues...I get the feeling, personally, no inside info, that he is not healthy. I don't know that it is related or it could just be a concentration/confidence in his health issue. Either way, he looks off.

Provorov is trying to be the second coming of Ray Bourque and it is having an impact on his game. When he is trying to do too much he gets into trouble. I don't really like the Ghost/Provorov pairing to begin with, I think it puts too much Defensive pressure on Provorov to cover for Ghost. It also makes him try to be more offensive in a way his game is not really suited.

I look for G to keep rolling. It would be nice if the Flyers found it in their hearts to play team D for 60 minutes. If they get clubbed and were playing a decent team D game it is much simpler to say "It's the goalie" or "it's this system" or...but when they turn on and off their play it is harder to really address what is the issue...other than the players not playing for 60 minutes.

Elliots rebound control has been horrendous and needs to be addressed. If he is hurt he needs to say something as we cant afford to get off to a lousy start of the season again.

Prov will find his stride. He is waaaay to good to keep up this sub par play.

The core of this team has never brought a consistent 60 minute game and the rest of the team just plays follow the leaders. If they ever got into a consistent habit of playing a 60 minute game, we might wind up with a deep playoff run.

I really like Vorobyev and think he can be a 3C. Not sure if he needs some more seasoning or not. I think he has trying to do to much to make an impact.

Maybe being a healthy scratch will give him a wake up call and hell play better.
