I would say a closely fought game where a team scores the go ahead points with 19 seconds left leaving one of the top rated quarterbacks in this upcoming draft to throw a hail Mary is pretty exciting.
Not as exciting as your avi.

No, they probably wouldn't blow you out, Ohio State's too good for that...But Jimmah might finally get over that hump this season, and any loss to UM is a bad one, right?
You would be correcto

May want to add the secondary to this list, especially when we are playing at Purdue this weekend. That QB probably will have over 300 yds passing next weekend.

I thought the corners played great. It seemed to me the safeties were playing soft in the middle and the linebackers were crashing the line which leaves the middle wide open. I wish they would have mixed the linebacker coverage a little more.

I guess we shall see this weekend vs Purdue. This game scares me a ton. I had Purdue circled as the trap game for this season. And now with injuries and the Bosa news, we will see what this team is about. Purdue is hot now and their QB loves to throw. I think Purdue without a doubt will cover the spread, but this may be a tough night for us.

Yes..agree. I hope the offense will have a great game. How is the Purdue defense?

Purdue has a horrible defense, which relieves me a bit. However, this is a prime time game in West Lafayette and it will be crazy. This almost has the same feeling as the Iowa game from last season for me.

I'm with you...I don't feel easy about this game. I was listening to Zach Boren and he said it was a tough place to play and Purdue is the only team he didn't have a winning record with...

That’s nothing. Until very recently the highest paid coach at ND wasn’t Brian Kelly. It was Charlie Weis. At one point they were paying more for his buyout than the school was paying Kelly.
That is what is commonly referred to as a "schematic advantage."

Said it after the first game against FAU:
1. OL not anywhere near it was with Orlando Brown and Eric Wren. Not effective in run blocking and that cost us in the Army and Baylol games.
2. Defensive schemes and fundamentals (tackling). Every play, every game. We are a little better in that we don't give WRs 10 yards of cushion for WHOLE DRIVES.

If Ruffin McNeil can get 40% more output from the defense we'll see you in the CFP...if not, Bluebonnet Bowl here we come.

We're paying MS monthly installments of $24,917 until Jan. 31, 2020. :L

Think of it as paying him 25k a month to not fuck up your defense....

Question is, will our AD open the checkbook to get someone good. Word is Riley is going after Golding.

I could write a book on this but will try to simplify it....
O line has sucked for a couple seasons so O line coach (the coaches dads friend) needs to go period. Like now.
Offense play calling and execution had been pretty bad. Either replace the OC (Tee Martin) or get him veteran help.
Penalties are and have been an issue. The head coach never seems to think it's an issue with his We'll do better, we'll work on that. The game after the bye they had 13 penalties. That's inexcusable. You strive for perfection you get minimal penalties, you act like they're no big deal you get 13 and 18 penalty games.
This season USC might win 9-10 games and it will not be an accomplishment. Too much talent to play like this. Fucking waste of a group of starting WRs that will all be playing on Sundays.

Keep sucking. We could use Chris Steele.
