Edmonton has not scored yet this season without McJebus on the ice.Just how terrible would the Oilers be without #97...
If I'm Todd I'm double shifting McJebus all game every game. He should be gettin Drew Doughty minutes. The way I see it I'm on thin ice and when I get the sack I want to leave my asshat for a GM a nice big shitburger with McDavid being worn out in the second half of the season.Edmonton has not scored yet this season without McJebus on the ice.

Some of my favourites...
McDavid: Has had some of his best moments against the Calgary Flames, recording three-point games on four separate occasions in the Battle of Alberta.
Matthews: Would love to do the same against a provincial rival if Ontario ever gets a second NHL team.
Matthews: Is so good he’s been able to top the 30-goal mark twice despite the disadvantage of occasionally playing reduced minutes or spending time on the second power play unit.
McDavid: Is so good that he’s been able to lead the league in scoring twice despite the disadvantage of never even once getting to play against the Edmonton Oilers.
Matthews: Grew up in Arizona, yet somehow developed a passion for hockey even though he wouldn’t have known a single person who even knew what the Stanley Cup looked like.
McDavid: Grew up just north of Toronto, so, same.
McDavid: Wears the number 97, because that’s the year he was born in.
Matthews: Wears the number 34, because that’s how many minutes of coverage the Maple Leafs now get in a typical half-hour national sports show.

I remember when Plekanec came into the league I was less than impressed for a few years. In fact I thought a player he came in with - Alexander Perezhogin - was the keeper of the two.
Then he developed into a really solid player, and for a while I felt a very underrated player.
I do not attribute it all to the turtlenecks, but I attribute most of it to them.
I was always disappointed that Grapes never called Perezhogin "Paris Hilton" by mistake.
As good as Mcdavid is, and he is, he can't do it all for the Oilers. Time for the rest of the team to step up. Starting tonight vs. the Jets.
Did you watch the Oilers play the Bruins last week? It looked like a beer league team with 1 superstar playing against the Russian Olympic team from the 70s in the first period. This Oilers' team may just be one of the worst teams in my lifetime.
