Royce Freeman or Shady McCoy?

Name brand says to go with McCoy, but something is telling me to play Freeman. Freeman is averaging 9 points to McCoy's 4.7. Buffalo is on the road, which they have been terrible this year.

Another (professional(?)) Duke Johnson fan heard from...Rotoworld, of course.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports Duke Johnson is "frustrated by his lack of chances."

Johnson had to receive a pep talk from Tyrod Taylor on Wednesday. "He told me to just be more positive," Johnson said. For his part, Johnson said he is not going to formally lodge a complaint. "I've just never been a big fan of going up to coaches and demanding the ball." Johnson is right to be frustrated. Even with the Browns hurting for weapons, Johnson is averaging just five touches per game after that number was 10 in 2017. OC Todd Haley needs to find a way to get his playmaking change-of-pace back more involved.

Neither has a great match up but I go Freeman.

Naw I missed most the college games, expect that debacle that is my Huskers (Frost is a puke)

But, being a Raider fan, this kid scares me. I'm honestly shocked it took them this long. Keenum finally ran out of smoke and mirrors

What's everyone's opinion on Lat Murray going forward? Obviously he's a solid RB2 as long as Cook is out but do you think he will have weekly flex value when Cook returns?

Honestly no. Today was a very special circumstance because they played the worst run defense in football, but on a weekly basis if Cook is healthy he won't get enough touches to be useful. He is a great guy to keep on the end of your bench though in case Cook is out. I actually have him in two leagues that I don't have Cook in and two leagues that I do have Cook in.

While I do agree with Bandit's take...

Cook has only played in 7 games the last 2 seasons.
That's out of a possible 24 games (including playoffs).
So he's only played in 29% of games.

My unofficial rule is that if a guy can't stay healthy to start a career, he most-likely will NOT be healthy in his career.
(Not sure if you're old enough to remember "Fragile" Fred Taylor?)
Might be frustrating for all Cook owners, but my point is, if this theory holds true for Cook, Latavius will have some decent value so long as he's on the Vikings.
