I have a feeling this game is gonna be ugly. I feel bad that this is a primetime, nationally televised game. The NFL schedule makers must have expected these franchises to have been in much better places. Too bad.

You could be right but I don't agree. The Broncos are a better team across the board and should take this one, even though it's on the road. If I'm wrong, we'll begin our coaching search on Friday.

We're a "better" team than the Jets. Didn't stop them from stomping us to a pulp.

Oh, I'm well aware as I was at that game. I just think the Broncos will come out focused, swinging and somewhat desperate in this game. If we can't beat the Cardinals, then I think it's clearly a coaching issue. Short weeks with travel on top of that are always hard but the Broncos are out of excuses.

Well, not very often but the game at home against the Dallas Cowboys last year comes to mind. Look, I'm not defending the guy.....just giving my thoughts on what will happen on Thursday.

That's fair. I'm just wholly convinced that as long as Vance is the HC, the Broncos shouldn't be favored. Guy doesn't have the leadership skills of a HC.

I’m going full on optimist with this one. Our defense hasn’t just taken over a game yet and I say they do on this one.

Broncos 23, cardinals 7. Total offense 389 yards.

I have no reason to make such an optimistic pick. It’ll likely be my last. After the way the Jets lit this team up this is borderline delusional. But I want to believe!

I can't see Vance having any great epiphany this week that his brain trust didn't already come up with. More meetings? Sure, that fixes everything. Bench one of your better olineman for one who barely made the lineup last year? Sure, why not. Call more defensive plays and be more hands on? How many points did we give up last week?
